RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Lora Halle purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
